A Trace of the Past brings together a series of spontaneous portrait drawings in which line captures not so much an individual likeness as a fleeting mood and an inward state. The smooth surface of the paper calls for an immediate and irreversible gesture. Each face remains as a fragment of a personal visual diary—a moment, a gaze, and an emotional trace preserved through time.
